Fixes
Opacity was not working for either match algorithm.
Strict algorithm was failing on initialization due to a bad variable value.
Strict algorithm wasn't calculating height and width ranges correctly.
Contact page appeared to send e-mail, but was actually failing silently.

Known Issues
Download link is not working.
Help files are stale for all but data entry page.
Adding new bacteria that have the same genus first letter and species combination as an existing bacteria will overwrite the existing bacteria.

Fixes
Pass by reference error was occuring in input.php due to PHP update.
Addition of extra comparison points in newspec.php was leading to inaccurate match percentages.
Two variable name mis-matches were leading to inaccurate match percentages.
Zero valid comparison factors could result in a divide by zero error.
Fixed sort order so that matches with more comparison factors are ranked first.


Known Issues
Many pop-up help files fail to load or are improperly formatted.
